How can I find what I’m looking for on fredkobbs.com
  1. When you visit our website, you will see our featured highlights on the homepage.
  2. You can also select individual product categories or an overview of all products by "Search products" button in the upper right corner of the website.
  3. Once you've chosen a product category, you can scroll through the products by simply moving the mouse pointer to the left or right.
  4. If you would like to find out more about a specific product, simply click on it to display more detailed information.
  5. If you want to purchase one or more product(s), please click on the "Shopping Cart" button in the upper right corner of the website. Follow the steps to complete your purchase.
  6. Once you have finished shopping, confirm your purchase by clicking on the "Checkout" button, also in the lower right of the screen.

How are tax and customs duties handled:

1. Because we manufacture our products mainly in Spain, customers are responsible for import duties, tariffs, and taxes when the item arrives at your country’s custom office if applicable. 

2. The above also applies to ready-to-wear orders made from outside of the United Kingdom. 

3. The above applies to United Kingdom if you order our custom made-to-order products.

4. No duties or charges if you live in the United Kingdom and order from our ready to wear range.

5. Shipment within the EU block may not need to pay duties

Will I receive an order confirmation:

  1. Please always make sure that you enter your e-mail address correctly when you place your order. Once we receive your order, we will automatically send you a confirmation e-mail containing all of the important information pertaining to your order. If you do not receive an automatic e-mail confirmation from us, this could be due to the following reasons:
  2. You entered your e-mail address incorrectly.
  3. The server was overloaded when you placed the order and we have not received it.
  4. If you want to be sure that we've received your order, feel free to send an e-mail to info@fredkobbs.com. We are always happy to assist you.

Where is my package:

  1. All orders are processed and shipped out by 5pm (GMT) Monday through Friday. Orders received after 12:30pm (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.
  2. All shipping times are estimates provided to us by our shipping partners.
  3. Weather or missed delivery attempts can often be a factor in delayed shipments.
  4. Also, international shipments can often be delayed due to high variance with each country’s customs processing.
  5. To track your package, please enter your tracking number which can be found on your dispatch information provided. We use DLH, FEDEX and UPS for international shipping. For local shipping within the United Kingdom, we use DPD, UPS or Hermes.

Can I cancel or change my order:

  1. Yes, you can cancel your order if you purchase from our ready-to-wear by sending email to info@fredkobbs.com. However, order cannot be cancelled once it was already packed or shipped. Once the package shipped, no refund would be made for items or shipping costs.
  2. You cannot cancel a custom made-to-order product.
