Note - Please ensure you provide the correct address and email at check-out. Failure to do this may result in lost items if you use a wrong address. Fred Kobbs Shoe Shop is not liable to any loss due to the customer providing a wrong information.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders, excluding custom made-to-order items are processed and shipped within 6 -10 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method may vary depending on the type of purchase (i.e. fast-lane ready-to-wear or custom made-to-order items purchases)

Estimated delivery time for our fast-lane made-to-order items is  (i.e. from production to delivery) 10-15 business days to any address in the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery time for standard made-to-order items (i.e. from production to delivery) is 4-7 weeks including shipping.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking for all orders

You will receive a shipment confirmation email of purchase and another email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

We currently only ship internationally to US, Canada & EU countries. By "international" we mean other countries apart from the United Kingdom.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

FRED KOBBS SHOE SHOP is not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes applied to your order at the port or entry to the country where the order is shipped to. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
